Krissy Hernandez is the Residential Listing Specialist at M&D and as such, is an expert on listing homes and land for sale and lease.

Not only is Krissy an expert on home amenities, photography, staging, disclosures and documents, but she is one of the most friendly and approachable people you will ever meet who will make your selling process flawless, fun and educational.

Krissy works with sellers to gather all pertinent information on the property and then oversees multiple aspects of the selling process, from setting up professional photography and working with sellers at the initial listing appointment, to input and property descriptions, and finally, making the property “go live” on hundreds of websites in order to get your property prime exposure.

As the expert on your property, Krissy also consults and coordinates with the marketing department in all promotional activities, including video production and creation of all marketing collateral and content to share across social media platforms. Krissy also coordinates with sellers on signage, lockbox, access requirements, showings and regularly reports on marketing activities.
