About Julie

Julie Garcia is a highly experienced real estate agent who has lived in the Rowlett community for nearly 30 years. She is an expert not only in real estate and negotiations, but also in the market and region.  

Julie has a strong background in business and customer service, having helped her husband with their family-owned business for years now, as well as worked in the customer service industry for many years prior to becoming an agent six years ago. Her biggest passion, real estate, is driven by her love of people and helping them find exactly what they are looking for.  

Julie’s background and experience co-owning a small business and as a customer service executive has only fueled her strong desire to serve her clients at the very highest level of service. Julie is approachable, friendly and always ready to help her clients every single step of the way – whether buying, selling, or just making a referral to the correct vendor that can get them what they need. Julie loves to put a smile on her clients’ faces. One of her greatest attributes is her ability and commitment to fight for her clients and get them exactly what they want and need for an overall highly successful outcome in every aspect of every transaction.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dog for walks around the neighborhood! When she has the time, she enjoys a good book and working in her flowerbeds.
