With a diverse entrepreneurial background spanning oil and gas, real estate investment, development—and with a talent for branding and marketing—Danny has built a reputation as a visionary leader dedicated to redefining excellence and raising standards across the residential, commercial, property management, and construction industries.

Since founding M&D with his wife, Misty Perez, in 2012, Danny has led the company’s rapid growth by combining an analytical mindset and deep market expertise with innovation, integrity, and a client-first philosophy.
