Hunter’s exceptional academic credentials—a Journalism and Marketing degree earned with Magna Cum Laude distinction from the University of North Texas—provide the theoretical knowledge that informs his practical approach. 

Before joining M&D, Hunter demonstrated his marketing acumen by becoming the top ticket seller at the Texas Rangers, where he mastered the art of audience segmentation and persuasive messaging. This combination of formal education and proven results positions Hunter to create property marketing strategies that resonate with targeted buyer demographics and maximize engagement metrics.

Hunter has also served as a 6th-grade English teacher in Rockwall ISD, where he was promoted to team leader after his first year. This position developed his leadership capabilities, further improved upon his communication and journalism expertise, as well as his helped him hone exceptional planning and organizational skills that transfer effectively to his current role coordinating multiple social media campaigns across diverse platforms. 

Hunter’s technical proficiencies and talents are impressive, ranging from expert use of Adobe Creative Suite applications, including video editing and graphic design, as well as interactive content creation, and photography. These skills enable Hunter to produce high-quality content that effectively showcases real estate properties, highlights the impact of our agents and services, and that engages potential clients.

Hunter approaches marketing challenges with a strategic mindset, combining both creative content development with data-driven decision-making. His understanding of analytics, audience targeting and engagement strategies allows him to create compelling campaigns that generate meaningful results for M&D Real Estate – and that meaningfully engages and entertains our various audiences.

In Hunter’s personal time, he enjoys traveling, experiencing different movie theaters, and connecting with family and friends.
