About Rubie

Rubie Aguilar brings a warm, service-driven approach to real estate, with a particular passion for helping first-time homebuyers achieve a goal that may once have felt out of reach. After purchasing her own first home, Rubie was inspired to enter real estate so she could help others experience the same sense of accomplishment and excitement that comes with homeownership.

Before beginning her real estate career, Rubie served as General Manager of a family-owned upscale dining restaurant, where she developed extensive experience in leadership, customer service, employee training, accounting, and managing vendor and client relationships. The role strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, build lasting relationships, solve problems, and create positive experiences for the people she serves. Rubie credits the mentorship she received during that time with helping shape the professional and leader she is today.

As a REALTOR®, Rubie is committed to continually expanding her market knowledge and providing clients with thoughtful, well-informed guidance throughout the buying or selling process. She takes particular interest in working with first-time buyers and helping them better understand each step toward homeownership. Rubie also places a strong emphasis on negotiation, accurate market analysis, and helping both buyers and sellers make confident decisions based on current market conditions.

Having spent most of her life in the Garland area and now residing in Royse City, Rubie continues to build her knowledge of communities throughout East Dallas and Rockwall County. Her personal connections to Rockwall and familiarity with Royse City give her an increasingly broad perspective on the neighborhoods, shopping, dining, and lifestyle options available throughout the area.

Outside of real estate, Rubie is a wife and mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures with her children. Whether helping a client purchase their first home or preparing a property for the market, Rubie approaches every opportunity with enthusiasm, care, and a genuine desire to help families reach their real estate goals.
